Board Books
A board book is the keystone document distributed at board meetings and serves to inform the board of key issues, performance indicators, past meeting minutes and the next meeting’s agenda. Its purpose is to keep the board abreast of the latest activities and performance and also allows them to make educated assumptions and decisions. In addition to performance data, the board book might also contain company policies, company procedures, financial statements, newsletters and reports.
